Shipping & Delivery
We normally have the items you want in stock. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock we will email you with an expected delivery date and ask if you would like it back ordered if not a refund will be given.Products in stock are usually dispatched (by Royal Mail or APC courier) within 3 days of order receipt. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Privacy & Security
Alternative-Gift-Shop do not disclose buyers information to third parties with the exception of for the purpose of arranging to deliver goods.
We only collect your data for the purpose of accepting and processing any orders placed.

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event that goods arrive that are faulty please inform us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange with you how to return them to us. On receipt of the goods we will check them and if they are found to be faulty they will be replaced free of charge together with the return postage costs. If you receive unwanted goods please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange with you how to return them to us. The goods must be returned in their packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. We will then refund you within 7 days. We cannot refund postage costs on the sending and returning of unwanted goods.
